Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: No charge if a reservation is cancelled more than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival. Less than 30 days and a $50.00 cancellation fee will apply. Less than 14 days notice will be subject to the first night’s room rate.
Your credit card details are required to confirm your reservation, but no charge is made until the date of your arrival. You may also pay by cash if you prefer.
No Smoking is allowed in the B&B
Check-in time is 3pm to 7pm and check-out time is 11am, but let us know if you may need an earlier/later time. If possible, please let us know your approximate arrival time (maybe a day or two before your arrival).
